What it is
You & Me Ventures is the public identity for a founder-led portfolio of businesses. It is a name for the portfolio, not a statement about a single corporate structure.
Each venture operates through its own legal entity in the United Arab Emirates, India or Malaysia, with its own licence, its own activity and its own obligations. Contracts and liabilities belong to the specific company concerned. Every entity is listed, with its registration number, in the company directory.
The businesses are run one at a time and for the long term: the technology work that began in 2013 continues today under the Apaniot brand, and the newest company, YOJNA Cognitive Technologies, is the founder’s current focus.
