ALOT Real Estate
ALOT Real Estate L.L.C
ALOT Real Estate is a licensed real estate company in Dubai. Its work is residential: finding a property that suits, buying it, and settling into it afterwards.

ALOT Real Estate L.L.C holds its own UAE trade licence and works from the group's office on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. Three other licensed companies stand behind the same ALOT® wordmark, in wealth management consultancy, venture capital investment and digital platforms. The brand is shared and so is the office. The licence, the activity and the obligations that follow from it are this company's own.
The work is residential. The company takes a brief from a buyer, narrows the market to the properties that answer it, arranges the viewings, and says plainly where one falls short. After a price is agreed it stays with the file: the owner or the developer, the steps a Dubai transfer involves, the handover of keys. A seller is taken the same way in reverse, with an opinion on asking price rather than a flattering one.
This is work for people who intend to live in what they buy: a first apartment, a larger home as a family grows, a move between communities. The company's own 2024 material put it in warmer language, calling itself a gateway to exceptional living and arguing that buying real estate is less a transaction than a decision about what follows.
Property is the one business in the portfolio whose product a customer lives in. It sits beside the wealth management consultancy, which advises individuals and families on planning and organising their wealth, and the venture capital company, which backs early businesses. Apaniot, the portfolio's smart-home and IT business, worked from the same office and appeared in the same 2024 calendar. In that calendar the four ALOT companies were carried in one lockup strip on every page, each under its own descriptor in the same thin-line wordmark.
