Apaniot
Apaniot works in smart-home automation and IT services, through Apaniot Smart Solutions L.L.C in Dubai and Apaniot Smart Solutions Private Limited, registered in Chennai. Its core work is fitting buildings that already stand, using its own range of connected devices.

Apaniot fits smart technology into buildings that already stand. A flat or a villa keeps its walls, its wiring and its switch boxes; what changes is what sits in them. The range covers glass touch switches and DIY relay modules, lighting from bulbs and recessed fittings to RGB strips, curtain switches and motors, thermostats and air-conditioning control, door sensors, video door phones, fingerprint and passcode locks, mesh Wi-Fi, a wall control panel, a speaker and cameras. The printed promise on its own material reads: transforming spaces into smart homes, enhancing functionality without compromising structural integrity.
Control runs through one app. A switch can be pressed by hand, put on a schedule, grouped with others, folded into a scene or spoken to through a voice assistant, and the catalogue's architecture diagram shows the switches answering over the local network as well as through the cloud. The installation matters as much as the hardware. The corporate profile sets out a team running from project management and IT client services through system administrators and engineers to technicians and electricians.
The IT work is set out at length in the same profile. It carries the ten service areas also printed in the You & Me Planet Information Technology profile: smart home automation, IT supply, server solutions, networking, cloud storage, branding, digital marketing, web development, ELV solutions and annual maintenance contracts. Behind those headings the profile describes structured and fibre cabling, CCTV and access control, time-and-attendance systems, PABX and IP telephony, servers and networks, websites and applications, and the maintenance contract that keeps them working. Its stationery reduces all of it to three words: home automation, IT supply, IT solution.
Two companies carry the name. Apaniot Smart Solutions L.L.C works from an office on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai; Apaniot Smart Solutions Private Limited was incorporated in Chennai in July 2020, under the earlier name Appwater Online Services. In 2024 the brand appeared alongside the ALOT companies, Eye On and Blushes in shared group marketing issued from the same Dubai address, taking the first two months of the group calendar. Inside the portfolio the work sits beside Eye On's: Apaniot fits a building with automation and ELV systems; facility management is Eye On's scope.
