Accessibility statement

Our aim. This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of the build, not as a later correction.
What that means here. Pages are written as structured HTML with one main heading and a logical heading order. Everything works with a keyboard, and the focus outline is always visible. Images carry text alternatives, and where a logo is used as a heading the company name is available to screen readers. Text and interface colours are checked for contrast. Motion is reduced automatically for visitors whose system asks for it. Layouts reflow to a phone without horizontal scrolling, and text can be enlarged in the browser without content being lost.
How it is tested. Every release runs automated accessibility checks against the WCAG 2.2 AA rule set on each page, at desktop and phone widths, alongside checks that no page scrolls sideways and that every image loads. A release does not ship while those checks fail. Automated testing cannot catch everything, so reports from people using the site matter.
Known limitations. Some pages show archival material, such as scanned brochure pages and printed brand tiles, where the original wording is part of the image. These carry a description and a caption, but the printed text inside them cannot be selected or resized. External websites linked from here, including the ventures’ own sites and social channels, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
Tell us about a problem. If any part of this website is difficult to use, or you need information from it in a different format, write to us through the contact page. Please say which page and what happened. We will reply and, where the fix is ours to make, correct it.
