Handset Fixer

Handset Fixer is a device business, and repair is the centre of it. A handset comes in, the fault is found, and it goes back working. The company behind the brand, ACMOB Handset Fixer Private Limited, was incorporated in Hyderabad, Telangana, in October 2024, and its registered activity covers the wholesale of electronic and telecommunication equipment and parts. That is the supply half of the business: handsets, accessories, spares and telecom hardware, which is also what keeps the repair work stocked.

For a customer the point is trust and speed: a clear diagnosis, honest advice when a repair is not worth paying for, and a device that behaves afterwards. Where a screen, a battery or a board cannot be saved, saying so early is part of the job. A phone replaced when it could have been repaired is money wasted, and the supply side covers the cases where a new device is genuinely the right answer.

The problem is an ordinary one. A handset now carries a person's bank, their identity documents, their photographs and a good deal of their work, so a day without it costs real money and trust weighs as much as speed. Small businesses bring the same problem in a different shape: handsets and telecom equipment that have to keep working for staff who are rarely at a desk.

Apaniot fits out the building and YOJNA builds the software a person talks to; Handset Fixer looks after the object in the hand. It is the portfolio's Hyderabad company, in the same country as Apaniot's Indian business in Chennai and YOJNA Cognitive Technologies in Navi Mumbai.
