It began with You & Me.
A technology venture in the UAE in 2013. Everything since has grown from it.
You & Me began in 2013 as a technology venture in Dubai. Its own corporate profile describes the early work: hardware and software development, then website development and turnkey computer networks, then software built from scratch for businesses that needed it. The company worked from Business Bay, and by the time of its last profile it listed ten service areas, from smart home automation and IT supply to cloud, security systems, branding and digital marketing.
Hospitality arrived in the same year. Thanjai Elite Restaurant, serving South Indian and Tamil food, carries “since 2013” on its lockup.
Over time, the business expanded into new sectors and markets. The technology work took the Apaniot name, with its own range of smart-home devices and an Indian company in Chennai. In Dubai, the ALOT® brand brought together real estate, wealth management consultancy, venture capital investment and digital platforms, each through its own licensed company; by 2024 it was presenting those businesses together with Apaniot, Eye On and Blushes from one office on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Handset Fixer added consumer technology and device services in Hyderabad. In Malaysia, MGM entered supermarket retail.
Today, the portfolio spans AI, technology, real estate, investments, hospitality and retail across the UAE, India and Malaysia. The current technology focus is YOJNA, a Personal AI platform developed through YOJNA Cognitive Technologies Private Limited.
You & Me Ventures is the public name for this portfolio. It is not a new company; it is the identity that connects a journey which started with You & Me in 2013.
