Sadham Hussain Mohamed Gouse is an entrepreneur whose business journey began with You & Me in 2013. Over the following years the portfolio expanded across technology, real estate, investments, hospitality, retail, smart-home technology and consumer services in the UAE, India and Malaysia. The ALOT® brand brings together real estate, wealth management consultancy, venture capital investment and digital platform businesses in Dubai. His current technology focus is YOJNA, a Personal AI platform being developed through YOJNA Cognitive Technologies Private Limited.

Sadham Hussain Mohamed Gouse started You & Me in Dubai in 2013 as a technology business: hardware and software development, then websites, networks and, increasingly, home automation. From an office in Business Bay the company grew into a ten-service-area IT firm, and that work continues today under the Apaniot brand, with its own range of smart-home devices and a company in Chennai.

From that base he built outward rather than upward. In Dubai he established the ALOT® businesses in real estate, wealth management consultancy, venture capital investment and digital platforms, alongside Thanjai in restaurants, Eye On in facility management and Blushes in beauty trading. In India he added Handset Fixer in consumer technology. In Malaysia, MGM took the portfolio into supermarket retail.

His current focus is YOJNA, a Personal AI developed through YOJNA Cognitive Technologies in Navi Mumbai. It is the direct descendant of the technology work he began in 2013: software that understands a person's situation and helps them follow through, in their own language.

He remains directly involved in the ventures across all three countries.
